Dominguez brings extensive experience spanning four decades across both the public and private sectors. His leadership credentials cover key Philippine industries, including banking, real estate, power, aviation, agriculture, mining, hospitality, and investments.
- Public Sector Leadership: Served as Secretary of Finance (2016–2022), spearheading major fiscal and economic reforms. He also previously headed the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
- Corporate Executive Roles: Held prominent executive positions, including Chairman and President of Philippine Airlines, along with key leadership roles at Philippine Associated Smelting and Refining Corporation, BPI Agricultural Development Bank, and RCBC Capital Corporation.
